The final Day of the Huddersfield YMCA Summer Rugby Camp and Girls Development Day –

On the Final day of the summer camp, we produced a day full of fun, rugby and development – whilst covering all aspects of the core values of rugby. We tailored sessions and games for each individual. With a great mix of children, we were able to promote rugby and Huddersfield YMCA to all.
We were joined throughout the day by England Rugby Community Coach, Calum Harris, who alongside Robbie led a fantastic day for the girls. All girls enjoyed the day and believed that they had improved their skills and knowledge within rugby.
The children spent their day playing varied games, all of which were tailored to each individual – they even through the rain and loved their day. The favourite game of the day was Kick Tennis. All the players produced amazing diving catches and great kicks!
It was a great day enjoyed by all! A big thanks to all the children and girls from all the White Rose Rugby Coaches for a pleasurable and enjoyable set of summer camps!
